No new recipe this week! Life has been especially busy this past week and it takes a lot of time to test and write up a whole new recipe. But I do promise I’ll have a really good one next week! So go ahead and enjoy some more Lemon-Herb Quinoa with Tat Soi and Strawberry Oregano Dressing.
So instead this week, I have a challenge. I challenge you to experiment with more herbs in your cooking this week. I still only have Greek Oregano and barbecue Rosemary this week (cilantro and basil are coming really soon!), so I dare you to try using them in a new way you’ve never thought of before. Herbs are so versatile and have so many good-for-you goodies in them — I do believe we all need to be eating lots more of them! So get creative and enjoy it!
